Dolphins & Angels Limited now offers worldwide shipping and a number of options for shipping to mainland UK addresses using Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day for those really urgent items. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items will be despatched within 36 hours of final payment (Mon - Fri). Upon receipt of your order we will confirm item(s) are in stock and if we anticipate any delay in despatching your order, we will endeavour to keep your informed by email.
Special Delivery
Need your parcel in a hurray ... with Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service you should get your parcel by 1pm the next working day (Monday to Friday not including Saturday, Sunday or public holidays) to most UK addresses.
Please take a look at Royal Mail's coverage to see which areas take longer to deliver to. You can track your parcel via Royal Mail's online confirmation service.
Please note: Our mailservice collection is at 4pm weekdays, therefore orders must be received by 2pm latest in order to qualify for next day delivery. If received after this, your order will only be posted the following day and arrive 1 day later before 1pm.
We have had a few problems with Royal Mail 1st class where customers have not received their goods. As such we strongly advise all our customers to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery options for their shipping needs as we bare no responsibility for non-delivery of items sent by standard Royal Mail 1st Class.
Free Delivery We offer free shipping for orders over £100.00 (excl. p&p) within the UK.
International Signed For Shipping
Due to a fair number of parcels going missing, we have had to change our default mail policy to Royalmail's International Signed For service (insurance included) for both Europe and other international destinations.
Airsure Service (Preferred option)
We now also offer Royalmail's Airsure service as an option. Airsure provides for a fast, secure and reliable service to 28 destinations worldwide. Your item will receive priority handling in the UK and abroad, and benefits from an online tracking facility so you can check your parcels progress along the way.
Manual Quote Shipping
Parcels over 2kg going abroad will need to be manually priced with a local courier service. For the most part we tend to use UPS however we always check pricing with multiple carriers first and provide you with the best price and fastest service. Insurance is mandatory.
Packing All our items are packed and shipped either in a padded jiffy bag or in a cardboard box, depend on the nature of the product.
Returns Policy Our aim is to provide customer satisfaction along with excellent customer service. If your are not happy with your order, please email customer services or call us to discuss further.
Unwanted Goods We regret that products are not sold on a trial basis; unwanted goods can only be returned if they are re-saleable and will be subject to a 25% handling & restocking charge with shipping
charges being non-refundable.
